Product Description

PRO-LCVF Level control valves controlled by floats are valves that ensure continuous filling at the level where the float is mounted in water tanks. Thanks to its independent float, it can be easily mounted on the pipeline inside or outside the tank. Our production line offers the following different types of models:

  • Flanged
  • Threaded
  • Globe
  • Y-type

General Features

  • Body material ductile iron (EN GJS 400-15)
  • It automatically regulates the water level, keeping the water level in the tank constant without the need for manual intervention
  • Not affected by changes in pressure and flow in the system
  • The diaphragm design in the valve ensures low pressure loss and smooth flow
  • The float, mounted horizontally, moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid, enabling opening and closing
  • The length and position of the float arm are adjustable, allowing effective use in tanks of different depths and capacities
  • Operating temperature for Water: -10ºC to +80ºC
  • Body coated with electrostatic epoxy powder paint (polyester optional)
  • Hydraulic connection made of Nylon (Copper or Stainless Steel optional)
  • Compact design ensures easy installation and use
  • Provides long-lasting and reliable performance thanks to its durable body
