Pressure Relief Valves

Hydraulic Control

Product Description

PRO-PREV Quick pressure relief valves are valves that protect the water network against unwanted high-pressure fluctuations. Relief valves are mounted onto the pipeline in a TEE configuration. They continuously compare the pipeline pressure with the set pressure value, responding to all increases including instant surges, and maintain the pipeline pressure at the set level. This prevents damage to the network, machinery, and equipment from pressure increases, thus aiding in their long-lasting and efficient operation. Our production line offers the following different types of models:

  • Flanged
  • Threaded
  • Globe
  • Y-type

General Features

  • Body material ductile iron (EN GJS 400-15)
  • Automatically opens and releases excess pressure when system pressure reaches the set value
  • Operates with network or line pressure without requiring extra energy
  • Not affected by changes in pressure and flow in the system
  • The diaphragm design in the valve ensures low pressure loss and smooth flow
  • Quickly responds and immediately releases excess pressure when the set pressure is reached
  • Integrated safety valve function provides additional safety under overpressure conditions
  • Operating temperature for Water: -10ºC to +80ºC
  • Body coated with electrostatic epoxy powder paint (polyester optional)
  • Hydraulic connection made of Nylon (Copper or Stainless Steel optional)
  • Compact design ensures easy installation and use
  • Provides long-lasting and reliable performance thanks to its durable body
