Pressure Reducing and Sustaining Valves

Hydraulic Control

Product Description

PRO-PRSV Pressure reducing and sustaining valves are valves that can be controlled through two different pilots, one for inlet pressure and one for outlet pressure. The pressure regulating pilot on the valve opens above the set level with the signal it receives from the inlet pressure and closes below it. The pressure reducing pilot on the valve closes above the set level with the signal it receives from the outlet pressure and opens below it. This way, it keeps both the inlet and outlet under control simultaneously. Our production line offers the following different types of models:

  • Flanged
  • Threaded
  • Globe
  • Y-type

General Features

  • Body material ductile iron (EN GJS 400-15)
  • Easily adjusts to prevent output pressure from exceeding the desired value and maintains it steadily
  • Operates with network or line pressure without requiring extra energy
  • Not affected by changes in pressure and flow in the system
  • The diaphragm design in the valve ensures low pressure loss and smooth flow
  • Automatically detects pressure changes in the system and maintains a steady outlet pressure
  • Operating temperature for Water: -10ºC to +80ºC
  • Body coated with electrostatic epoxy powder paint (polyester optional)
  • Hydraulic connection made of Nylon (Copper or Stainless Steel optional)
  • Compact design ensures easy installation and use
